MARKS Medical College Journal publishes multidisciplinary original articles, brief articles, case reports, review articles, systemic reviews, randomized clinical trials, meta-analysis, technical reviews research letters, and letter to editors, perspectives, editorials and guest editorials. For detailed reporting guidelines for each type of article go “Summary table” under “Authors instruction”.
• In-house review: 1-3 weeks
• External peer review: 1-2 months Publication ahead of print: within 1 month after being accepted
• Formal publication: within 1 months after being accepted. Original Articles are listed as priority.
The journal of MARKS Medical College publishes one volume each year. Each volume consists of two issues. These issues are published biannually in January and July of every calendar year.
MARKS Medical College , Dental Unit holds ownership of the MARKS Medical Journal, and all aspects of journal management are exclusively overseen by the MARKS Journal committee.
All manuscripts need to be submitted online through journal.marks@gmail.com along with the completed submission checklist and EQUATOR checklist available for different type of studies found at https://www.equator-network.org/ . Manuscripts submitted that do not adhere to the prescribed 'Instructions to Authors' will be sent back to the authors for technical corrections before undergoing editorial or peer-review processes
